Warranty Claim Form

Dear Client,

Before you decide to make your warranty claim, we recommend that you inspect the user manual which you received upon taking occupancy of your new home, since it is possible that you will find there a solution to your problem and that then contacting our company’s warranty claims department will no longer be necessary.

If you do not find a solution to the problem in the manual and you decide to contact us with a warranty claim, the following information must be included in your claim:

  • Name and surname
  • Active email address
  • Mobile phone number where you can be reached
  • Name of the project where you would like to make the warranty claim
  • Street name, house number and street number
  • Residential/non-residential unit designation (according to the purchase agreement)
