Your home is not just the four walls in between which you eat and sleep. It is the place where you feel safe. The place you miss when you are away. Your home should make your life richer and simpler.

Skanska, the Scandinavian developer, shares its knowledge and experiences from creating new homes all around the world. It carefully listens to its clients’ wishes and needs and tries to improve the lives of many people through its activities.

A Custom Tailored Home

We know that the purchase of a new home is a major life decision for you and that is why we devote to each project all the care it needs. Each individual detail comes from what we know about our clients' lifestyles and their experiences. Do you like to spend time riding your bike with your dog? And not only when the weather is nice, but also in the rain and mud? That is why our projects which are located close to bicycle paths include a storage room with a practical washing corner with a special shower for washing bikes, buggies and dogs.

Space for Happy Living

Your home is not just your new flat, but it’s also the place where you can live your life as you want to. If you have small children, it is important for you they have a place to play. That's why we build in our residential projects children's playgrounds and sport grounds which you can all enjoy.

A Good Layout

All of Skanska’s new homes are carefully planned to meet your everyday needs. This means, for example, a well-thought out floor plan which makes outfitting your flat a snap. Our flats have enough storage space for all the things you need. A 2+kk flat in the first stage of the Port Karolína project, for example, has enough space in the bedroom for a practical built-in wardrobe and it has a door leading from the foyer to a practical storage room. Flats in the Botanica K project are designed to meet home-office standards, with sufficient natural light and space in their rooms for a desk and including all the outlets needed. Balconies and terraces are large enough for you to enjoy a comfortable breakfast in the summer, or to share a glass of wine with some friends in the evening. Some of the larger flats in our Karlín project, for instance, have two large enclosed balconies or terraces.
