The Strašnice Terraces project will offer 139 new homes in five sections that will be connected by an underground parking. Most of them will provide the residents with the comfort of a sun-lit terrace or balcony, some of them have front gardens. Terraces of individual apartments that gave the project its name are spacious and provide the comfort of a private space inside a large city. The apartment layouts are based on the philosophy of a large shared area with smaller rooms providing privacy. The apartments range from 1+kk to 5+kk with sizes of 32 to 120m². Parking places are available for all new apartments, most of them will also have a cellar. The project also includes 252m² commercial premises.

Functional design

The layout of flats reflects the philosophy of a generous common space, seconded by smaller rooms offering privacy. The living room and kitchenette are large enough for even larger families to spend the active part of the day together.  Larger family flats also have a practical storage room, and bathrooms have two sinks for the convenience of all the members of the household.

Outfitting our flats is a snap. That’s because our designs reflect both our own research and feedback from our clients.

The residents of most flats will enjoy the convenience of sunny terraces, some of which are truly generous in size and give the comfort of private space in an urban setting. Other flats have balconies large enough for you to enjoy breakfast or to share a glass of wine with friends. Some have gardens, which provide an extra room, especially in the summer.

Location

Quiet location in the safe part of Prague, it is a street called U Hranic, where the house Strašnice Terraces is developing. The neighbouring villa quarter is giving this place a feeling of pleasant residential district in a green.

You can reach the centre of Prague from here within the 20 minutes. The way to the tram station will take you just four minutes and the bus station can be reached within ten minutes. Metro station Strašnická is in the same distance.

Exceptional sport activities

In the vast relaxation and sports centre Gutovka you will find skate park, climbing wall, children’s playground with the water world and climbing centre, four courts for the beach volleyball, field for small football with the artificial turf and minigolf with 18 holes. Right next to it there is a bike park for children.

Close to it there is the Winter Stadium HC Slavia Praha, right next to famous Slávia – vast complex with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, athletic stadium and football Synot Tip Aréna.

Education for your children

For the smallest kids there is a big choice of kindergartens. In the nearby Nosická street there is a private kindergarten called „Barevná“, and also state-funded kindergartens in the streets Mrštíkova or Bajkalská. For the pupils there is Primary school Gutova, which offers broad education in mathematics or Primary school Brigádníků with a special class for dyslectics. There are many grammar schools and many technical schools having the seat in Prague 10.

Live comfortably

Pharmacy BENU located in the street v Olšinách or pharmacy Dr. Max located over the Kubánské square are there to offer you their services. Medical care across many fields offers e.g. Vršovická zdravotní a.s. and especially Vinohradská nemocnice (hospital).

Where you can go for shopping? For example to the supermarket Albert. If you need to go for family shopping you can choose shopping centre Eden with Tesco extra supermarket. If you prefer smaller shops there are also many around. You can undertake sport activities actively or passively.
