A new residential area with beautiful apartments with a view of the Modřanské tůně on the Vltava will soon begin to be built on the site of the former Modřanská sugar factory at Komořanská Street. A lively square with shops and services, planted with plane trees or sinks, and a completely unique public space focused on nature, water and community life, make this district unique.
The architecture concept of the renowned Chybik + Kristof Architects & Urban Designers studio brings a fresh atmosphere here, also thanks to the ingenious water features, the fully reconstructed Vltava embankment and the Cukrkandl community area.
In the first stage, you will be able to choose from 112 new homes, with layouts from 1 + kk to maisonettes 5 + kk. Each apartment will have a balcony, front garden or private terrace. Even so, on the roof you will find a generous common terrace, which will support the building of neighborhood and community ties.
All houses meet the strict criteria of certification of sustainable building BREEAM. As the first in the Czech Republic, all apartments in the project will be equipped with a greywater recycling technology.
